Why the research is where everyone quits
“The strategy of investing into these type of deals is very easy to understand. It's not hard. The research that is involved is the hardest thing. There's a lot of county websites that are broken, showing you raw data that isn't processed — parcel numbers you have to skip trace just to find a street address so you can see what it looks like. Some of these PDFs are super old. That's where the majority of people actually just quit.”
