I grew up in Miami with my mom and grandmother. My mom was a single mother and one rental property was what kept us stable through the hard times. I didn't know it then, but watching her collect rent and manage that property planted something in me early.

By the time I was 20 I was wholesaling properties, investing in tax liens and deeds, and learning every corner of real estate I could find. I cut my teeth selling mentorship programs to real estate investors — talking to hundreds of operators every month, hearing what they were building, what was holding them back, and what they actually needed to win. I saw what good information did for investors — but only when they leveraged it the right way. The pattern was always the same: there was no tool built specifically for tax deed and lien investors. The research was overwhelming. The data was scattered across hundreds of county websites. By the time you found a good deal, someone else had already outbid you.
