Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

DeedFlex is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to proprietary data, analysis tools, and county-source intelligence the moment you subscribe. Because access is granted instantly and the data delivered is non-returnable, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you are not sure whether DeedFlex is right for you, we offer a 5-day free Pro trial with no credit card required at deedflex.com/signup. Test the platform on your own deals before committing to a paid plan.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Email hello@deedflex.com from the address on your account, or
• Click "Cancel" from your Account page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. After the period expires, your account simply pauses — your watchlist entries stay saved if you decide to come back. No further charges will be made.

No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for the remaining unused portion of any billing period.

3. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel does not entitle you to a refund for the renewed period.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback.

If you have a billing concern, email us first. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate and permanent account suspension
• Submission of detailed evidence of service delivery and account activity to the payment processor
• Recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs as permitted by law
• Referral of fraudulent chargebacks to fraud-prevention services and, where appropriate, law enforcement

We maintain detailed logs of account creation, login activity, feature usage, and data access. These records are available as evidence in any payment dispute.

5. Service Availability

DeedFlex targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance when feasible. Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and outages do not entitle you to a refund.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance written notice (via email to the address on file) before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Currency and Taxes

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes are determined and collected by our payment processor based on your billing jurisdiction.

8. Governing Terms

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
