DeedFlex is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to proprietary data, analysis tools, and county-source intelligence the moment you subscribe. Because access is granted instantly and the data delivered is non-returnable, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
New subscribers start on our new-investor welcome rate: your first month of Pro is $49, then $89/mo at deedflex.com/signup. All charges are final and non-refundable. Your safety net is cancellation: cancel anytime online in two clicks — cancelling stops all future billing immediately and you keep full access through the month you've paid for. You will never be charged after you cancel.

No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for the remaining unused portion of any billing period.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel does not entitle you to a refund for the renewed period.

If you have a billing concern, email us first — we respond within 24 hours on business days, and if we got something wrong (for example, a charge after you cancelled) we will fix it and refund the error quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under your card agreement.
We keep detailed records of the terms you accepted at checkout, account activity, and service delivery, and we present those records to the payment processor in any dispute. Accounts used for fraudulent payments may be suspended.
DeedFlex targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance when feasible. Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and outages do not entitle you to a refund.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance written notice (via email to the address on file) before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other transaction taxes are determined and collected by our payment processor based on your billing jurisdiction.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
